Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy — Vape in 10 Min
At Vape in 10 Min, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your experience smooth and hassle-free. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to orders placed on vapein10min.com.

1) Eligibility for return policy vapein10min.com
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
Not eligible: products that are used, opened, damaged, altered, missing components, or not in resalable condition.
2) Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used items (including e-liquids).
- E-liquids, coils, pods, accessories, and disposable products once opened/used.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events (final sale).
3) Refunds
- Refunds are issued after our warehouse inspects and verifies the return.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
- Delivery and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.
- For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds via courier).
We’ll email you a confirmation once your refund is initiated.
4) Exchanges
- If the item is eligible, you may exchange for the same item or another item of equal/greater value (you’ll pay any difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference per the refund rules above).
- Exchange requests follow the same inspection and eligibility criteria as returns.
5) Warranty Terms (Devices)
- Devices are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the original purchase date.
- If your device is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it (at our discretion) within this period. Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty does not cover:
- E-liquids, disposable devices, coils, pods, or accessories
- Physical damage, water/liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that don’t affect function
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
Please report DOA issues (out of box not working) within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos so we can assist promptly.
6) How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
- Email vapein10min@gmail.com or call +971 581399234 with your order number, product photos/videos, and a brief description.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (including return address or pickup options where available).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or warranty resolution.
7) Return Shipping
- If the return/exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, DOA), we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange a pickup (where available).
- In all other cases, customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent without authorization may be refused.
8) Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund.
- If the order has shipped, please follow the return process above after delivery.
9) Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
- We may update this policy from time to time; please check this page for the latest version.
